Un ulteriore dettaglio tecnico è il doppio collo in nylon, applicato lungo il bordo di cucitura. Le tasche aperte, inserite tra tessuto felpa e nylon, sono rinforzate con travette transfer in PU a caldo. Il capo è completato dal segno distintivo a tre fori sul centro dietro, realizzato a laser e fissato con transfer in PU, e dalla scritta PREMIATA ricamata su patch.
